Singer Robert Goodison, aka RAS NALDO, was shot and killed by gunman along Henry Morgan Drive in Kingston on Saturday. Hunts Bay police says that residents heard loud explosions around 11:30 a.m. and they later stumbled upon Naldo’s body with what appeared to be gunshot wounds. The police were alerted and he was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Ras Naldo recorded such songs as ‘Police and Gunman’ and ‘Stop’. Naldo’s cousin, Simone Goodison, posted on social media:
RIP my cousin, Robert Goodison, aka ‘Ras Naldo’. You was brutally taken away from your beloved family and friends. Only God knows my pain.

The police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
