THIS WEEK IN REGGAE: KOFFEE added to the 2019 Sumfest lineup. Mr. VEGAS has graduated from high school some three decades after he dropped out of secondary school. Dancehall artist KASHMAR was fired on by armed men during his video shoot. The lead attorney in VYBZ KARTEL’s murder trial has revealed that the appeal verdict could arrive in approximately two weeks. The Mateel Community Center Board of Directors decided to offer an alternative reggae event after High Times cancelled the 2019 Reggae on the River Festival. JAH BOUKS gets married.

EVERY SATURDAY night is CARIBBEAN NIGHT at the Red Lounge with Reggae, Dancehall, Reggaeton, and Soca.

EVERY MONDAY is the Monday Night #JamJam at The Monkey Loft with DJ. Element and Zions Gate Sound.

EVERY THURSDAY Reggae in Seattle is on Seattle Comcast channel 77 and Wave channel 23 at 7:30PM on Thursdays, with encore airings at 2:00 pm Saturdays and 2:00 Am Sundays. We feature reggae artists interviews and reggae music videos with a local spin. There is also a live stream at: SCCtv Live Stream.
