Everyone sees him toiling away on stage with the Marley-brothers as the standard bearer of Rastafari, but how much do you know about him?
FEMALE ARTIST KESHAN SHOT DEAD
Vybz Kartel’s associate and former collaborator, KESHAN, was shot dead in Old Harbour, St. Catherine on Saturday by a licensed firearm holder with whom she had a dispute.

GREGORY ISAACS GETS NEW HEADSTONE
GREGORY ISAACS was gifted with a new headstone for his 69th birthday, July 15, at Dovecot Memorial Park in St Catherine. The short ceremony saw family and friends paying respects to the singer who died in October 2010 at age 59.

PAT KELLY PASSES AWAY AT 70
Born in 1949 in Kingston, Jamaica, HORATIO “PAT” KELLY was one of the island’s leading purveyors of the Rocksteady genre. He passed away of kidney failure this week. Rest In Peace.

BOB MARLEY AND THE WAILERS “LIVE” ANNIVERSARY
“All the way from Trenchtown, Jamaica – Bob Marley and the Wailers.” So began one of the transcendent albums of the modern pop era. Live! was recorded on 18 July, 1975 at the second of two beyond-sold-out shows at the Lyceum Ballroom in London, and released in the UK on 5 December the same year.
